DESCRIPTION

The Process Engineering team is looking for a Business Analyst to define and standardize reporting mechanisms that currently vary or do not exist across Operations. This position will be responsible for conducting an analysis of data and other information, compiling business-oriented recommendations and driving consensus across stakeholder groups. This role will likely work with a broad range of teams outside of the operations, including but not limited to ACES, Supply Chain, Transportation, Retail and technical teams, in an exciting, fast-paced, and changing environment. The business analyst will support reporting mechanisms, FC analysis and cost reporting support ranging from real time inputs through strategic YoY views.

This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and business acumen, with exceptional written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of different business and cost models and the underlying analytics, and the ability to assimilate new methodologies and data sources. They will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, vocally self-critical, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This role will also oversee analyst work of third party services, and support prioritization of analytics for competing demands, while building the correct organization infrastructure to grow with the operations need.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related field.
· 1+ years of experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role
· 3+ years of experience conducting analysis and data mining using Microsoft Excel or similar tools
· 1+ years of experience extracting and processing data using SQL
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Experienced in verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
