DESCRIPTION

· Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards on the key drivers of our business
· Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI's, automated reporting/process solutions and data infrastructure improvements to meet business needs
· Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
· Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks
· Analyze historical and customer segmentation data to identify trends and insights
· Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs.
· Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA / B.Tech / B.E in Business, Computer Science, Finance or related field
· 3+ years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytic skills to integrate in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role
· 3+ years experience in
· Creating complex Excel VBA macros
· Creating complex SQL Queries joining multiple datasets
· Using Python / R for data analysis
· Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI
· Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required.
· Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.
· An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment
