Our Ad Tech team builds the technology infrastructure and ad serving systems to manage billions of advertising queries every day. The result is better quality advertising for publishers and more relevant ads for customers. Our infrastructure supports millions of Internet users and handles billions of queries per day, all delivered in milliseconds. Our data platform processes massive data sets to develop business intelligence and analytics that are critical for the efficiency and profitability of our advertising business.

We are seeking an Acquisition Marketing Manager to help drive customer acquisition and adoption of our mid-sized publisher offerings. This role will define, execute, and measure email campaigns across key customer lifecycle stages. You will have the opportunity to join Amazon’s quickly growing advertising business and shape our acquisition and email marketing efforts for mid-sized publishers.

Responsibilities:
· Lead APS’ acquisition marketing program for mid-sized publishers
· Define and execute email campaign strategy across the customer lifecycle
· Develop customer segmentation models and implement targeted acquisition, nurturing, and retention campaigns (in partnership with key stakeholders)
· Define and conduct A/B tests to continually improve email performance through optimized messaging and targeting
· Optimize against key metrics including open rates, CTR, accounts created, engagement, and retention
· Conduct analysis and reporting for the email marketing channel and make recommendations based on campaign performance and customer insights
· Collaborate with product and tech teams on initiatives that improve conversion, tracking capabilities, and customer experience
· Own and build out marketing technology stack to enable personalization and segmentation at scale
· Manage and optimize the content and messaging calendar for email communications
· Drive customer adoption of existing and new services by leveraging one-to-many marketing channels

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· At least 5 years of direct experience in online and/or B2B marketing
· 3+ years of experience managing an email marketing program
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation systems (Pardot, Marketo), analytics tools (MixPanel)
· Familiarity with email best practices, industry trends, and CAN-SPAM laws.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related fields.
