Trainee/Work Experience Contract, Group Privacy Unit

Major Responsibilities:

Objectives of the internship/work experience contract and abilities to be developed:
 
- Gain experience in the organization of data protection related contracts and policies. This includes assisting members of the GPU (Group Privacy Unit) regarding the collaboration with contract managers of the legal transactional team for efficiency and synergies.
 
- Support the team in the update and maintenance of the Group Privacy Unit’ Security and Privacy Knowledge Centre in Sharepoint.
- Gain experience in the follow-up and implementation of necessary intercompany agreements (e.g. generation of deeds of adhesion, update of project records etc).
- Assist the team in the generation of appropriate mechanisms to monitor and follow up 2016 projects.
