As Front-End Developer you will be part of the Travel Intelligence department, a key strategic objective for the future growth of Amadeus.

In Travel Intelligence, we develop innovative and highly complex data science solutions from raw data extracted from disparate sources.

Frontend is the cutting-edge of our data science products and services, our face to the world, a critical component for our success.

Come work with Travel Intelligence to support us in the creation of web and mobile frontends that will enable end-users to extract insights from piles of data, in a responsive and user-friendly way.

Within this job, you will support us in our commercial success, using a myriad of technologies, consuming the Travel Intelligence web services, displaying it in all kind of graphs and interactive dashboards.

About YOU

You will have to have a M.S. in a relevant technical field, engineering or related areas .You will have familiarity with the following technologies:

· HTML5 , CSS and JS are required
· Databases and SQL is a plus
· Knowledge of MVC frameworks, such as Angular , Ember or React
· Knowledge of visualization libraries, such as D3.js
· Design and implementation of Web Services APIs
· Knowledge of common software development tools, such as git
· UX methodologies will be considered a plus

Abilities & Skills:

· Fluent in English
· Good communication skills
· Accountability & Proactivity
· Analytical thinking
· Leading self
· Willingness to acquire a deep understanding of the global travel industry (airlines, travel agencies, etc.)
· Willingness to acquire new knowledge and learn new technologies
· Passion for creating the best user experience across different channels (mobile, web)
· Fluency with at least one scripting language, such as Python or Ruby
· Proficiency in the latest web development tools, such as gulp, bower
