Our team:
As a recent graduate, you will be part of the Regional Marketing Team, which drives the planning and implementation of regional TA Customer Segment Marketing Strategy, supporting the local Customer Segment Managers in aligning their local segment strategies with the Global.
So, what will I actually be doing?
1. In this role you will have the opportunity to gain the necessary skills in marketing and communication within the Western Europe, Middle East & Africa (WEMEA) region to complement studies in Business Studies with strong emphasis on marketing and communications.
2. You will develop the abilities and attitudes which support the personal level of maturity required for carrying marketing and communication responsibilities within an international and multicultural business environment.
3. This role will also enable you to gain understanding in the new processes of creating marketing communication collateral (external or internal) in general (objectives, audience, concept, messages, agency brief, implementation and follow-up with agency, monitoring and reporting) but also internal communication (organisation of regional meetings, intranet management, newsletters). This will also involve your understanding on how a small regional marketing department from a large multinational company works.
4. You will also support the Regional Marketing team and gain understanding of how they carry out the tasks related to designing, developing and monitoring marketing & marketing communication activi-ties targeted to Travel Agencies and Corporations customer audiences. The Regional Marketing Man-agers will also require your assistance as well as your participation in team activities as required.

OK, I'm interested... But is it really the job for me?
1.Education:
· To have finished a Business degree with strong emphasis on Marketing and Communication (preferably on IT products)
2.Specific knowledge and Abilities & Skills:
· Fluent English speaker as well as writing skills (all interviews will be held in English) – other languages an asset
· Good knowledge of MS applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Preferably knowledge on HTML programming and experience with using design programs such as Adobe Photoshop or InDesign
· Interest in online marketing, social media and/or marketing research
· Marketing understanding and knowledge, mainly in communication
· Creative
· Resourceful, can work well in both a team environment and independently
· Analytical skills
Eligibility criteria for a Graduate Scheme programme (according to Spanish legislation):
Please note that you will have to provide all the below mentioned documents if selected as a final candidate.
-Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree (under Bologna Umbrella – i.e. recognised by the EU) and the corresponding transcript or Diploma Supplement. Before applying, please check with your university whether your studies are under Bologna.
-Your graduation date should be no more than 5 years ago
-EU passport if you are not Spanish, a DNI if you are Spanish or work permit valid for Spain if you are Non – EU citizen
-A “Vida laboral” certificate for previous work experience in Spain and if you have the Spanish Social Security number. Please note that you do not have to present this certificate if you have never enrolled on the Spanish Social Security system.
-A NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero or Foreigner’s ID Number) for non-Spanish nationals. However, you will have to apply for the NIE once you start with us. Registrations and more info will be provided during the selection process.
To be eligible to continue in the selection process, you have to meet all the criteria mentioned above. Failing to meet any of them will automatically disqualify your application. If selected as a final candidate, you will have to provide all the documents mentioned above.
