Our team:

As a recent graduate, you’ll be part of the Strategy Execution & Integration team that drives transformation programs such as Value Management and post M&A (Merges & Acquisitions) integrations.

What we expect from you:

Support our team in the activities related to Value Management as management practice throughout Amadeus. This includes activities related to designing, implementing and running a Corporate Performance Dashboard.

· You’ll build upon your knowledge of corporate performance management, learn how to use and analyze KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and grow your skills in data driven analytics.
· You’ll be part of a highly dynamic, ambitious and action driven Strategy Execution Team that operates at all levels of the organization.

Your responsibilities:

· Support the team with data analysis, data modelling & data integration.
· Help with the design of performance reports for top-management (using a state-of-the-art data analytics tool).
· Project management activities – structure, plan and monitor activities, organize and maintain SharePoint project site, organize and set up meetings/engagement sessions and communication initiatives.
· Initiate improvements and assist with driving improvements in current dashboard process, data, and tooling.
· Collaborate with KPI owners and follow up with the departments.

What we are looking for:

· University degree preferably in Finance , Economics or Business Administration
· Fluent in English (interviews will be held in English)
· Solid numerical skills and precision when performing analysis
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel
· Flexibility and adaptability
· Customer orientated
· Strong communication skills
· Strong planning & organizational skills
· Interest in data analytics & performance management
