Our team:

As a recent graduate, you will be part of the team that manages the Master Data Program across the company, one of our big transformation projects. Some of our responsibilities include data cleansing, setting up control frameworks, managing master data on our products, services and also our customers.

Your responsibilities:

You will be facilitating 2 project teams and the overall program by performing the following:

· Coordinate meetings and logistics
· Maintain the Program Plan and associated documents
· Take actions and minutes
· Manage actions and their follow up with the various project members and other departments
· Manage our Program SharePoint – an internal communications tool that shares project information with the team
· Support change management and training preparations

What we’re looking for:

· University degree in Business Administration
· Attention to detail and organization skills
· Good understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
· A proactive team player with initiative and great communication skills
· Excellent oral and written English skills (Interviews will be in English). Other languages are a plus.
