Our team:

As a recent graduate, you will be working in the Amadeus Global Headquarters in Madrid, within the Finance Controlling team. You will be supporting the Regional and Local teams located in Asia Pacific, Latin America and North America as well as collaborating on the consolidation of the financial information for each region.

Your main responsibilities:

· As part of the financial support we provide to the local Amadeus subsidiaries in NORAM (North America), LATAM (Latin America), APAC (Asia Pacific) and to the Central organization areas, in this role you will assist the team in the following areas:
· Ensuring monthly reports are received both properly and accurately from the local companies
· Assisting in reporting and consolidating with the Financial Managers and contacts of the regions
· Gaining understanding of special reporting and analysis of concrete concepts such as: Revenues, Manpower, Fixed Costs, Capital Expenditure (investments), etc.
· Supporting in the Data Submission of LATAM/NORAM/APAC regions’ performance such as Manpower figures, Non Manpower and Variable Costs, Revenues and Capex
· The team will also need your helpin the maintenance of:
· Customer Profitability database.
· Products Local Hierarchy and cost centers structures.
· The internal Community in SharePoint.
· You'll also be involved in ad-hoc tasks in planning processes as LTP (Long Term Planning), Budget, Forecasts & quarterly estimates.

What we're looking for:

· University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
· Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
· Excellent command of English (all interviews will be in English)
· Strong analytical skills
· Enthusiasm
· Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge to your day-to-day work
· Proactive team player
