The role:

You will be joining the Deployment and Adoption team covering Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Europe, Asia and Pacific. The role of this team is to enable the go to market of all Amadeus IT solutions for our customers (50,000 Small and Medium Travel Agencies worldwide) and make sure our solutions are used by launching adoption push initiatives. We are also responsible for change management both internally and externally by transforming the way we work to be more efficient and add more value to our large customer base. In order to do so, you will be involved in a complex international projects to deploy a one-stop shop digital portal for our customers worldwide.

This role will enable you to develop the skills and attitudes required for a role in complex project management within an international and multicultural business environment. You will have the opportunity to get to know the ins and outs of communication within truly international teams (virtual meetings with colleagues based everywhere in the world).

Your responsibilities:

To understand and support the team on different aspects of projects:

· Coordinate Data Quality improvement for each market deployed
· Train and teach international sales teams how to improve CRM (customer relationship management) data quality of our customer database
· Orchestrateexternal marketing campaigns to travel agencies (our customers)
· Creation of digital marketing campaigns using our recently acquired tool “Eloqua”
· Develop, implement and monitor regional projects and frameworks related to marketing and other business efficiency priorities
· Prepare presentations for internal meetings

What we are looking for:

· University degree preferably International Business Management or IT Consulting. The ideal candidate is a person passionate by project management and business efficiency
· Fluent English speaker (good English writing skills);other languages are an asset
· Experience in digital marketing tools (Oracle – Eloqua) is a plus
· Good knowledge of MS applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Creative and curious mind with knowledge of HTML programming and design programs such as Adobe Photoshop or inDesign
· Interest in online marketing, social media and/or marketing research
