Are you a recent graduate eager to use your degree in business administration or tourism? Are you interested in account management and customer relations? Do you want to start your career in the travel and tourism industry? This position could be for you!

Our team:

The Customer Operations and Support Departmentis responsible for the following:

· Providing support to Travel Agencies with Global Merchant booking problems
· Providing internal support when it comes to Amadeus Value Hotels operations which may include creating reports, new client implementations, invoicing, etc
· Creatingcredentials for Travel Agencies that want to book Hotel content through Amadeus
· Managing CRM (Salesforce) administration
· Managing reservation incidences

Your main responsibilities:

· Respond to requests for assistance via telephone or online
· Track and route problems, requests and document resolutions
· Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
· Support the operational process (contract management, customer updates, registration and implementation)
· Coordinate all new customers' online queries and provide tailored customer support
· Help recommending new processes, products and/or service improvements based on understanding customer business needs

What we're looking for:

· Bachelors degree in Tourism, Business Management or Modern Languages
· Fluency in English and Spanish
· Intermediate/high understanding of Excel
· Analytical thinker
