Our Revenue Management & Collection Unit looks after the overall operations of the Contract Management, Billing and Collection services rendered by Amadeus. This includes billing of services invoiced to travel agencies and local providers. Our organization operates worldwide and you will be part of the WEMEA Team located in different countries of Western Europe

As a Billing Analyst , you will successfully implement and monitor all billing flows , leasing with the Sales Team and Accounting Team, as well as with the SAP Billing Solution Team.

You will also contribute to innovate , transform and enhance the billing processes in a multicultural environment working constantly side by side with international peers.
You will work analyzing current processes and detecting gaps in efficiency or accuracy, collaborating in new tools developments and fostering new way of working. You will have many opportunities to learn different technologies and approaches.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team working in close collaboration with different Amadeus units (R&D, Sales, Marketing, Product, Accounting, Legal, Treasury) across different countries so you will able to improve your negotiation and emotional skills.

This role is based Madrid .

About YOU
To perform this role you must hold a University Degree in Business Administration , Accounting , Finance or Economics or similar degree with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position .Experience in customer facing role. As your role will have global/regional scope, you must have advanced level of English and French . Spanish is a plus
Some of the key subject matter knowledge you must contribute would include SAP knowledge, Financial analytics understanding, Advanced Excel and VBA skills as desirable.
