La Unidad de señalización ferroviaria y seguridad de Alstom España cuenta con más de 500 técnicos e ingenieros dedicados a desarrollar e implementar soluciones de señalización de vanguardia para todo tipo de infraestructuras ferroviarias (alta velocidad, regionales, metros, tranvías). El laboratorio tecnológico ubicado en Madrid  dirige proyectos innovadores tanto para el mercado nacional como para la exportación.

JOB TITLE.

Project Industrial Manager (PRIM).

DURATION -------------------- LOCATION.

(Temporary: 12 months) --- Madrid.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB.

The Project Industrial Manager ensures that the products (Alstom generic products, project specific products, installation materials) - including notably documentation and certificates - are delivered to the project stakeholders (Installation,Engineering, Customer, ...) according to project QCD commitments.

MISSION AND PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT.

-Budget Estimate at Completion of Industrial (material) Workpackage.

-On time material deliveries to the project / material delivery milestones.

-Project Inventory level / Project Demand schedule Stability.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

*For all material of project PBS/BoM, the PrIDM:

-Drive the demand to Industrial Operations and deliver in QCD the Industrial Workpackage from all TIS Regional

-Center involved, in liaison with other Industrial Operation teams who lead the execution of following tasks: supervision of material procurement, manufacturing & testing, logistic & shipment.

·Guarantee that the level of stock on his/her project fits to the industrial strategy of the Regional Center/Operations,especially through consistent industrial planning update according to project context.

*For Project specific products (notably on-board cabinets, trackside shelters ..), the PrIDM:

-Check completeness and on time availability of the detailed design (under PrEM responsibility).

-Define industrial scheme and related make or buy strategy.

-Ensure the proper set-up of Project Industrialization process, and manage the corresponding deliverables in QCD.

-Coordinate and supervises the Industrial Operations, that is in charge of the following tasks: supervision of material procurement, products manufacturing and testing, logistic & shipment.

-Ensure that necessary inputs data allowing respect of QCD commitment are consistently and timely made available by other project contributors (such as BoM, BoQ, requirement specifications, …). In particular, monitor that development and Industrialization of new/modified generic Products used on his/her project is coherent with Project Industrial schedule and coordinates mitigation plan when needed.

-For Generic Products, ensure the coordination with Product Industrial Manager and Supply Chain/Logistic teams based on remote/participating units (notably ensures transfer orders are released timely and consistently to Participating Units).

-For both generic and project specific products, consolidate requirements and supervises the preparation of Customer.

-Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) work plan.

.During project warranty, coordinate the implementation of any retrofit plan needed for Material part of his / her industrial.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS.

Educational Requirements: University Graduate - Industrial Engineer.

Languages: Advanced level of written and spoken English and French.

Technical Knowledge / Experience: 3-4 years similar experience.

BEHAVIOURAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES.

-Proactive in order to promptly solve issues and propose mitigation actions

-Rigorous and strong organizational skills.
