La unidad de infraestructuras ferroviarias proporciona a los clientes soluciones y proyectos llave en mano para la ejecución de las obras asociadas a las líneas de ferrocarril: instalación de vía, sistemas de electrificación, talleres de mantenimiento, sistemas electromecánicos y de seguridad en  túneles, etc. 

Como pioneros en mantenimiento y renovación integral de material rodante, Alstom ofrece una variedad de servicios personalizados a operadores ferroviarios públicos y privados. El objetivo es garantizar una gestión optimizada, segura y global del material rodante y otros equipos ferroviarios a lo largo de su ciclo de vida: mantenimiento, renovación, reparación de componentes principales, gestión de piezas de repuesto, apoyo y asistencia técnica.

La Unidad de señalización ferroviaria y seguridad de Alstom España cuenta con más de 500 técnicos e ingenieros dedicados a desarrollar e implementar soluciones de señalización de vanguardia para todo tipo de infraestructuras ferroviarias (alta velocidad, regionales, metros, tranvías). El laboratorio tecnológico ubicado en Madrid  dirige proyectos innovadores tanto para el mercado nacional como para la exportación.

JOB TITLE.

Site Apsys Leader. (Líder de Sistemas de Producción).

LOCATION --- DURATION.

Barcelona. --- Permanent.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB.

To lead and manage the ALSTOM Production System (APSYS) Deployment within the x Site. To prepare, plan, organise, direct and control the APSYS deployment activities within the company guidelines and policies and with the APSYS principles, Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and objectives in mind. Through the deployment and knowledge of APSYS, deliver excellence in a Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) focused organisation and business environment.

MISSION AND OBJECTIVES.

•Leads APSYS Site Deployment activities and organization.

•Deploys APSYS best-practices to the identified key performance areas identified in the APSYS audits.

•Brings all necessary support, through expertise & resources to APSYS site deployment to achieve QCD commitments.

•Actively participates and conducts APSYS trainings, meetings, and communicates on APSYS.

•Site APSYS audit scores.

•Cost target.

•Delivery targets.

•Quality targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

•To manage & lead the APSYS site deployment activities. Represents APSYS at a local level. Key contact /correspondent for APSYS Central Function Support.

•Assists the Site MD & HRD in informing and communicating to relevant Social Partners about APSYS.

•To ensure the continuous site deployment of APSYS (in accordance with Ways of Working), to provide the example within your Site & with your interfaces, demonstrating APSYS best practices on a daily basis.

•To successfully deploy APSYS to reach manufacturing excellence and help attain APSYS stated QCD objectives.

•Prepares and participates with Central Function Support to audits (including any other site audits if required). Defines tailored site roadmap and subsequent action plans following audit roadmaps results.

•To coach & develop all Site employees, aligned with APSYS tools, principles and standards. Ensure that people using and deploying APSYS tools have the right skills, knowledge and experience.

•Active participation in the evolution of APSYS tools where appropriate, including identification and communication of APSYS site best practices.

•Implementation of appropriate communication and change management actions to ensure successful application and deployment of APSYS tools on site.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS.

Educational Requirements.

•Engineering degree or other relevant degree.

Desired Knowledge / Experience.

•Candidate should possess an industrial background with significant industrial experience and proven track record in deploying and delivering high value projects.

•Sound knowledge and experience of main production, quality and supply chain improvement tools.

•Experience of working with multi-national teams.

•Proven track record of managing industrial process improvement.

•Good experience of cost + industrial processes.

•Experience of the Safety Assurance Processes.

•Experience of management by Quality, Cost, Delivery objectives.

•Significant change management and communication skills.
