La unidad de infraestructuras ferroviarias proporciona a los clientes soluciones y proyectos llave en mano para la ejecución de las obras asociadas a las líneas de ferrocarril: instalación de vía, sistemas de electrificación, talleres de mantenimiento, sistemas electromecánicos y de seguridad en  túneles, etc. 

JOB TITLE.

Integrated Logistic Support Specialist.

DURATION --- LOCATION.

Temporary --- Madrid.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB.

Specify, and generate reports for integrated Logistic Support for a project.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

-One of the objectives of the ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) service is to provide Alstom Transport’s customers with logistics support and LSA (Logistic support analysis) to help anticipate and optimize costs throughout the life cycle of products.

-Within this service, the mission will be to ensure that the technical choices of development teams are consistent with the objectives of reliability, maintainability and availability (FDM) of Alstom’s projects.

-Analyze customer needs in terms of SLI (contractual requirements).

-Analyze the activities and deliverables on projects.

-Achieve the ILS activities :

-Maintenance Plans

-LCC (life cycle Cost) calculation.

-Spare parts calculation.

-Maintenance & operation.

-Training Plan and Training Supports.

-Optimize and manage the technical documentation and particularly the maintenance documentation: Descriptive leaflet and operation, maintenance manuals covering preventive and corrective, troubleshooting guide, catalog of spare parts & tools.

SPECIFIC TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE.

-Engineer (Civil Engineer, Telecommunication Engineer, Industrial Engineer).

-Experience in industry (railway, aeronautics).

-1 year experience in ILS activities (no mandatory).

-Experience in the field of dependability and integrated logistics support.

-Rigor, analytical skills, good interpersonal skills.

-Knowledge in maintenance (principles, types, procedures).

-Knowledge of technical writing methods (minimalism, …).

-Excellent writing skills in French, Spanish and English.

-Knowledge of Passenger Information (displays, announcements, or security systems), or System and infrastructures is an asset.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS.

-Fluent in English and French (mandatory) and Spanish no required.

-Didactic approach for documentation and training.

-Global knowledge of the translation process is useful (terminology management).

-Open-minded.

-Excellent relational skills (important to get the required information from the experts).
