Project Manager Ops Mobility-RSA

Job Summary and Purpose:

 

•    Support Global RSA & Mobility Head , APAC RSA and mobility Head and Head of strategic initiatives in imple-mentation of key initiatives .
•    Handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadlines pressures.
•    Preparing Key presentations and management updates for key initiatives and strategic agenda on behalf of leaders

 

Key Responsibilities/What you do:

 

•    Oversee, coordinate and contribute in strategic projects and key initiatives , follows through tasks with multiple stakeholders to successful completion
•    Perform data analysis on key projects  to get business insights meaningful enough to take business decisions 
•    Follow-up with senior managers, peers and other functions to ensure completion and accuracy on projects across stakeholders; communicate and serve as a liaison between group centers and departments on behalf of leaders.
•    Provide support in the implementation of strategies and campaigns and assist with the co-ordination of any as-sociated procedures in relation to new / existing / key projects.
•    Ensure agreed deadlines are adhered to at all times for reporting and implementations and assist in the prepa-ration of product presentations, proposals and reports.
•    Ensure the timely production & delivery of all local and global update on key projects  and understand & com-municate the results of the business via reports & presentations to teams 
•    Drive preparation of strategic meetings (incl. presentations and briefings, qualitative/quantitative analysis)

 

Key Requirements/What you bring:

 

•    Proven experience in a similar position or within areas such as business administration, project management, and/or consulting. Experience of managing diverse background / geography would be an added advantage
•    Good interpersonal skills, having a strong ability to establish relationships with all levels across the organiza-tion
•    Experience in an international environment and fluency in English (all interactions are in English). Other lan-guages a plus but are not a must.
•    Proven experience analysing complex information and drawing appropriate conclusions. Project management experience would be a plus.
•    Very sharp synthesis capacity, capacity to have a helicopter view
•    High proficiency in MS Office a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Attention to detail and structure are mandatory skills for the role. Proactivity, analytical, problem-solving skills and resilience are key levers for success
