We are looking for a Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Partner to join our People and Culture team in Sydney on a part time basis.
About the role
· Supporting the design and managing the implementation and evaluation of the multi-year Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Strategic Plan. You will be contributing to the achievement of Allianz’s business strategy and the People & Culture strategy and strengthens our target culture and People Attributes.
· Managing the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA), including annual compliance and internal stakeholder involvement, as well as overseeing Employee Network Groups (ENG) related to diversity, inclusion, and belonging with the involvement of Executive Sponsors and Committee Members to achieve strategic objectives.
· Managing the strategic communication plan aligned to significant days on the diversity calendar, including related events.
· Managing the Allianz mentoring program in collaboration with the NEO Network Group and Executive Sponsor.
· In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, manage the implementation strategies leading to Allianz meeting its gender equity and cultural diversity targets as outlined in the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Strategic Plan.
· In collaboration with the Analytics team, manage the reporting requirements (both local and global) against targets and ambitions.
· Contribute to the regular review of policies, systems and procedures to mitigate for any potential systemic biases.
About you
· Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Human Resource Management or Psychology) or equivalent preferred.
· Exhibits a high level of business acumen with exceptional financial, numeracy, and data analysis skills, along with a strong understanding of the Australian employment legislative framework.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively and inclusively collaborate across projects, divisions, and organisational levels, with proven Diversity,Inclusion and Belonging experience in a commercial environment.
· Possesses a proactive mindset and the ability to prioritise effectively, with a specific focus on attention to detail.
· Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
· Be comfortable with working with senior leaders in their role of Executive Sponsors. A commitment to keeping up to date with market leading Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging research and thought leadership.
