岗位：

总部银保销售支持

 

主要职责：

·  根据银保渠道的业务发展需要，发起并领导基于微信/APP平台的数字化赋能业务的项目—30%；
·  根据银保业务发展需要不断优化更新手机银行出单系统、ADOS系统、各银行YBT系统、建议书系统等现有业务支持系统—30%；
·  根据银保业务需求，与后援部门就售后客户增值服务体系进行完善和推广—15%；
·  根据银保业务需求，与后援部门的有效沟通及合作，协调优化保全、客服、财务收付费等流程、制度和规则，保障业务顺利平稳进行，提高业务品质和效率—15%
·  其他领导交代工作任务—10%

 

人员要求：

·  本科及以上学历；
·  逻辑思维能力好，较强的定性、定量分析工作能力；
·  良好的销售服务和客户服务意识，以及较好的沟通协调和应变能力；
·  具有保险数字化项目需求分析、项目管理的经验优先考虑；
·  三年以上保险行业工作经验
