Entreprise:
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of
Economy, Finance and Employment, opened to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work
experience abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
- European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein), graduates up to 28 years old
- Have fulfilled military obligations for their country.
- Fluent in English.

A VIE for a Recruitment Business Partner (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Sevilla. You will join the Resource
and Develop Operations (former Recruitment Centre) department and will be in charge of leading the full end to end recruitment
life cycle and deliver required hires by utilizing the various recruitment channels, mainly in the Early Career Recruitment scope.
This VIE contract will last for 12 months.
Poste et missions:
Your main tasks and accountabilities will include:
- Analyse, understand and challenge the Managers' needs, discussing requirements such as skills and qualifications required
for a position and translate it into appealing job advertisements,
- Advertise vacancies on appropriate job boards, both internal and external, career websites and other approved media,
- Apply appropriate selection methods using knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection,
- Conduct internet research using internet search engines, sourcing for difficult positions externally via social networks (LinkedIn,
etc.) to locate passive candidates, proactively initiating referrals from employees, alumni, universities, personal networks and
people databases,
- Ensure the evaluation and potential analysis of candidates,
- Conduct initial telephone interviews with potential candidates,
- Deliver shortlists to managers,
- Conduct pre-selection and final selection face-to-face interviews,
- Liaise with Managers for final selection,
- Act in close co-operation with functional & divisional HR interfaces to run effective recruitment,
- Develop and maintain relationships with the functional customers in the divisions.
This role will involve some business travels once a month in Europe (mainly in Spain) and as such, you should be able to travel
accordingly.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
Profil:
You should have the following skills and experience:
# Psychology degree (or equivalent)
# initial experience in recruitment would be an asset, ideally in a similar industry and/or high technology, information systems,
telecom or industrial companies,
# PC literate,
# Digital mind set,
# Sourcing or headhunting knowledge developed preferably in aeronautical, high technology, information systems, telecom or
high valued added industrial companies, will be a plus.
# Ability to work in an international environment with different interfaces.
# Strong oral and written communication skills (interviewing, presentations and correspondence),
# Demonstrated assessment skills (understand and assess candidate skills and abilities),
# Ability to work in an international environment with different interfaces,
# Results focused and customer-oriented,
# Advanced level of English and Spanish.
