Definition VIE

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Candidates meeting these criteria and interested in a VIE, please register before your 28th birthday on the website www.civiweb.com . Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

· 
Full project life cycle activities involvement (concept definitions, identifying requirements, EVM monitoring, controlling deliverables, R&Os management, ensuring Finance Function involvement, acting as a Financial Business Partner).

· 
Drive financials and workload planning/forecast process (synthesize plans and challenge contributions).

· 
Control the projects by providing analysis on actuals vs. forecasts and derive corrective measures proposals.

· 
Support and challenge those engineers responsible to improve financial and operational results.

· 
Contribution and/or animation of multifunctional digital projects on NCR reporting (define, harmonize, ensure consistency and compliance incl. initiatives to adapt the tool to new requirements).

· 
Steer and control the Transfer Capacity Process to improve Engineering flexibility and agility in an international environment (drafting of contracts, pricing calculations, monitoring and profitability of activities)

  Desired skills and qualifications

· 
Master university degree within finance, business administration with controlling/ finance background or similar field of study

· 
MS Office knowledge (very good Excel skills) & Google Workspace knowledge

· 
Project management as a plus

· 
English: fluent

· 
German would be a plus
