We are looking for a/an:

Export Control Officer H/F

Based in: Toulouse, France.
Contract Type: Permanent

Job Type: Full-time

Your mission

Your main role is to ensure compliance and support the creation / implementation of a robust export control compliance program within TESTIA’s Group based on the legal obligations and directives of Testia's mother company. 

Your main activities will be the following: 

· 
Take a lead role in the definition, drafting and implementation (including training & awareness session) of the export control compliance program within Testia Group. This includes the processes related to: 
- Internal Escalation & Voluntary Disclosures
- Sanctions, embargoes and screening
- Classification & marking of tangible and intangible items
- Nationality / access controls
- Licenses & Agreements
- Outbound/Inbound

· 
Developing and delivering in-depth export control trainings to the business functions

· 
Actively support Testia’s group employees to ensure that they are able to fulfill their requirements for export control compliance.

· 
Support the classification of Testia items

· 
Ensuring an export control review for all export control high risk transactions (KYC/KYS screenings)

· 
Perform all mandatory export control actions: requesting the necessary authorizations from the authorities, archiving the various documents in accordance with the regulatory provisions, ensure that procedures are implemented within the business and to verify their application at operational level, etc.

Your skills

· 
3+ years of experience working in a multinational environment advising on international trade and export control matters

· 
Expert knowledge of local French and EU export controls

· 
Advantage if knowledge on German, UK and US military and dual-use 

· 
Business perceptiveness and ethical behavior in an international business environment

· 
Excellent communication and writing skills required to draft policies, procedures, reports, memorandums & newsletter;

· 
Strong relationship building and networking skills

· 
Languages: fluent in English and French
