Description of the job

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

We have to cover a vacancy with an Engineer which activities would be focused in Industrial Means (Assembly and/or Test Means) in Airbus Defence and Space in the FAL / EDV and MRO of LTA Program (C295) located in Seville.

Although our necessity is prioritized in covering the activity of Test Means, the experience in Assembly Means (Tooling) will also be considered.

You would join the team of T&IM within the organization of Manufacturing Engineering of LTA Program.

This position should be very attractive for Engineers who are passionate about:
 a) the management of technical projects and coordination with many different organizations and internal clients (Engineering of Processes and Systems, Design, Production, Maintenance of Means, Procurement, other T&IM organizations…)

 b) the treatment and the management of external suppliers of Engineering and Manufacturing in the different existing and/or emergent technologies in Test and Industrial Means

 c) the opportunity to develop its creativity with the conceptual definition of means (Core) and to assure its appropriate Engineering Technical Specifications

 d) and the gift of managing projects 'end to end', that is, to materialize and put into service the projects that you imagined and managed before

TASKS AND MAIN MISSIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES

A) Integral Management of Projects of development of aircraft’s manufacturing and test and/or assembly means. Project phases to be managed are:
1.
·  Interface with Systems Eng. And/or Process Eng. (mainly) to obtain necessary inputs for developments

·  Development of Technical Specifications

·  Manage the assignment of projects with the Procurement organization

·  Ensure OT - OT - OC in Projects - Management and negotiation with suppliers

B) Management and control of budgets. Optimization of budgets and generation of savings
C) Budgeting of Industrial Means Projects applicable to aircraft
D) Support to internal clients (Systems Eng., Process Eng., Production, Maintenance, H&S ...) in reference to the implemented developments
E) Ensure coverage to SQCDP, level panels, TIPs, PPS…
F) Reporting and transparency

Engineering :3 to 5 years
Project management :Less than 3 years
Good level in Office

Knowledge of Catia V5 (at least at the consultation level) will be desirable
