Description of the job

KEY DESCRIPTION:

·  MISSION:

To achieve the Best World Class maintenance level for the Industrial Systems in the factory and supporting the Getafe organization to increase the Effectiveness of this Industrial Systems to the maximum standard levels.
The scope for this job in Getafe covers all Airbus Commercial Programs (A320/A330/A380/A350) in Manufacturing and Assembly technologies Machines/Jigs.

·  MAIN ACTIVITIES to achieve the MISSION:

To secure the maximum technical know-how for automatic manufacturing equipment within Airbus
Leadership for projects related with new installations, NC programming and set up machinery
To ensure Maintenance Service performance thought KPI Maintenance service monitoring
To support, maintenance and diagnostic for breakdowns (level 4) to ensure Maintenance optimization for machinery and Jigs & tools, Calibration, inspection and process optimization thought maintenance upskills.
To stablish Continuous Improvement, Problem solving and TPM (within Industrial Maintenance background) as daily works routine accords to Airbus standards.
Lead and launch projects, actions and initiatives according to KPI's levels required (MTTR, MTBF, Corrective vs Preventive Maintenance)
Design and control Predictive Maintenance.
To ensure support of Maintenance staff for each production area in those coordination activities where is required.
To support ramp-up of new means and retrofit for existing machinery
To design improvement for efficiency increase, quality and safety of machinery
To define and develop learning path for Maintenance staff by doing. New comers on board for 2017-2018 to increase MTorres/Aritex/FANUC Machinery know how. To ensure training path (on the Job/Off the Job)

Person will manage 10 technicians in 3 shifts. She/He should be a person with high level of empathy and open mindset

Conocedor de los sistemas MES y SAP-PM
Experiencia en Control Numérico (MTORRES y LOXIN)
Conocimiento y experiencia en herramientas manuales (especialmente semiautomáticas)
Experiencia en herramientas de mejoras y métodos/análisis de averías y métodos AOS/Lean.
