Description of the job

Work on Part Number authoring (Madame) focus on PNPS, STS generation, SIAS management, LMP generation, etc.
Focus on CMM, IPL and other provisioning lists, prepare text and illustration on how to use and maintain a component. Data structured in accordance with international standard like ATA and AECMA.

·  Spares Data deliverables (according to SPR)

– CMM/IPL contribution
– Customer queries answers

·  Technical data KPI assessment and associated corrective actions
·  Subcontracting monthly review report.

Tasks & accountabilities

The main activities shall be:
1. To provide continuous and efficient support to customers (A/L, MROs, Lessors) and all users of the Spares Data and CMM deliverables. Accurate and on time deliveries.
2. To manage technical authoring activities (including definition of priorities, proofreading, improving).
3. To manage subcontracting activities (including definition of priorities and incoming inspection).
4. To ensure source data verification for coherence and technical consistency, and contributing to the design criteria assessment.
5. To handle validation and verification activities (i.a.w. V&V process).
6. Technical focal point for other domains and local lines, companies and users of the CMM (design office, customer services, subcontracting companies,
suppliers).
7. To propose process and IT tool improvements.
8. To ensure tutoring/coaching of newcomers.
9. To monitor recovery reports (action plans) from subcontractor when required.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline. Technical oriented.
·  Around 3 or 5 years of Experience in Engineering.
·  Experience in Customer Services, Maintenance, Engineering and Design.
·  Ability for dealing with large sets of data.
·  SAP.
·  Advanced level in English.
