Description of the job

The jobholder will be responsible of the following activities in the frame of the Project HTP SA Transfer of Work to Strata Mubadala:
DEFINE & AGREE WITH THE NEW SUPPLIER:
Airbus ordering solution for parts to be sold and delivered to Strata: Make & Buy parts
Logistic and ordering solution for parts to be sold to Strata.
Ordering solution for the complete HTP to be ordered to Strata
Robust manufacturing structure for proper ordering activities in Airbus Operations S.L.
Parasitic flow logisitc & ordering from Strata and to Strata
Conformance management activities for HTP (Non conformities, repairs…)
DEPLOYMENT (INTERNALLY & WITH THE SUPPLIER)
Manufacturing structure and material parametrization for automate ordering
Secure Orders reception by supplier and B2B conection (Air Supply)
Correct sales order management and shipping
Support Strata with current industrial suppliers to assure parts are ordered & received on time
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES:
Purchase orders management (ordering activities)
Supplier WIP follow up & defects support with Eng & ME
Active participation in Industrial Review meetings & programme reporting
Risk & opps management

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Educated to degree level in Enineering.
From 2 to 3 years of experience.
English & Spanish: Advanced level
