Description of the job
A position for SO/CM for A350 S19 Step 7 industrialisation has arisen in Airbus in Getafe (Madrid). The successful applicant will join PODR1 department.
Tasks & accountabilities
In this role, among other activities the selected candidate will:
-AEROSTRUCTURES:
Manufacturing structure and material parametrization for automate ordering (90% P/N Change)
Define ordering solution: incoterms, logistic family, FCU/Kanban/reorder point/lot size, optimal stock, safety stock, etc
Define structure
Define planing structure (grafos)
Monitore parts are created in SAP
Create suppliers in SAP
SAP parameters (master data, contract, info red, order book, airsupply, etc)
Define WoW and routines with suppliers: Quality Gates, management of forecast, PO, operational & performance reviews, secondary flow, ID, etc
Manual POs management due to delay on Design E7 status wrt PODR requirements
Define and agree routines with internal stakeholders
Deploy routines at supplier
Secure Orders reception by supplier and B2B conection (Air Supply, ASN, invoicing, transport): new suppliers (PAG, Daher, Stelia, HUTCHINSON,…)
Selfdeployment
Manual work due to delay on deployment of collaboration tools (POs management & collaborations, invoicing issues, etc)
Supplier WIP follow up until transfer to series
Delta effort for managing different configurations
Audit at supplier premises to understand the manufacturing process (inc stations/jigs/shared resources, cycle times, lead times, tack times)
Implemetation of LoB
LoB monitoring
Overload on Secondary flow (replacements, special parts, speedshops, hospital stock, etc) due to NPI
-MATERIALS:
NSPI parts industrialization & Non movers management
NSPI concurrence to secure industrialization
Delta effort for managing parts on deterministic model & fast shops due to late definition
Master data parametrization From Deterministic to stochastic
-CONFORMANCE MANAGER:
Wide PFIS & FAI support
Extra effort on Technical Incoming Inspection due to NPI not properly implemented (ID)
Extra effort on ID/PPS management and support to repairs at GET shopfloor
-PROGRAMM SUPPORT:
Active participation in Industrial Review meetings & programme reporting considering delta effor for 3 different versions management
