Quality Conformance Manager (m/w/d)

Satair - an Airbus Services Company (100% subsidiary of Airbus) - is looking for a Quality Conformance Manager (m/w/d) to join the team in Hounslaw, UK at the earliest possible start date.  This is a great opportunity to develop yourself and your career.

The vacancy is to join the global Satair Quality organisation as Quality coordinator working at the Satair UK facility near London Heathrow airport.

The successful applicant will join Satair UK where Aircraft batteries are maintained under Part 145 approvals.  

Technical responsibilities:

· 
Ensure activities of the organisation are monitored for compliance proposes

· 
Update and maintain company’s process and procedures (including work instructions) ensuring all stakeholders affected and well informed

· 
Support the audit system in compliance with EASA and CAA Part 145 requirements, AS91XX and subsequently monitor and implement corrective actions 

· 
Maintain internal error log database (Safety and Quality report system of internal occurrences) to establish root cause analysis, implement corrective action, and or analysis annual trends

· 
Support the development of internal training and delivery internal training in support of Safety days, Human factor cases,  

· 
Evaluation of the part 145 calibration records and internal approvals

· 
Represent quality function or Satair UK in cross functional teams working on standardisation or transformation projects

· 
Lead local implementation of  transformation activities

Skills & Experience

· 
Good communicator, spoken and written

· 
SAP experience and Business management systems.

· 
Project Management skills

· 
Flexible and agile, happy to work in small team with lots of responsibilities

· 
1-2 years experience in quality ideally within another Part 145 organisation 

· 
Good understanding of EASA and or CAA regulations
