It is an exciting time to join the Information Management (IM) Team. IM is the Information Systems and Technology (IS/IT) business enabler and unique IM Business Partner for Airbus Defence and Space.
As a support function, IM is involved in all business processes and enables technical as well as management careers. IM covers a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies and positions ranging from IT infrastructure, application support to governance or strategic consultancy. Your Role

As PMO for IM Projects you will be in charge of the coordination and execution of all the PMO activities for a wide portfolio of IM Projects under TZIO.
You will work closely with a wide set of stakeholders from within TZIO to finance, IM governance and business functions in order to ensure total clarity and alignment at any given point on the Project deliverables and a constant roll-out and enforcement of a lean work methodology, which puts the quality in everything the unit is delivering.
You will need to be an analytical thinker with outstanding communication skills who can manage and align a heterogeneous environment with a wide set of interests and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities/Tasks

> Collaborates with the Project Team and Project Manager for all his/her Projects Portfolio
> Use the right methodologies (IM+, GPP, PMI-PMP, AGILE) and support the team on this way
> Contributes with the harmonization of Subcontracting Management, and support the subcontracting resources management inside the projects
> PMO Activities inside the assigned Projects Portfolio, as the followings :Business case preparation, Schedule management, Stakeholder management, EVM, Projects Documentation, Project Methodologies & processes, Deliverables Status, Reporting, Meetings / Activities Drumbeat
> Contributes with the Risk Management activities
> Ensures the correct Project Management Practices and Project Portfolio Visibility
> Foster creativity, innovative thinking, customer / solution oriented culture within the team

Expected competencies and skills:

·  Degree in an engineering related area of study is mandatory. Master Degree / MBA is a plus
·  5 to 10 Years of experience in Aerospace Industry.
·  Experience or familiarization with the product life cycle model
·  Experience in project management (as project manager or PMO), leading projects / initiatives is mandatory. PMP-PMI Certification is a plus.
·  Experience in IT/ICT projects, innovation and digital transformation projects/activities is a plus.
·  Agile training for project management is mandatory.
·  Proactive attitude, focused on opportunities improvements. Knowledge/experience in LEAN / Change Agent is mandatory.
·  IT/IS awareness and experience within Project Management
·  Experience in Planning & Controlling and Finance Topics (including subcontracting IT workpackage management) is a plus.
·  International experience is mandatory. Experience in Transnational and cross-functional stakeholders management is mandatory.
·  Structured, good organization and prioritization skills
·  Profound communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, willingness to travel
·  Autonomous and proactive way of working
·  High level of English and Spanish (business fluent, speaking, reading, writing). German and/or French is a plus.
