Description of the job

A vacancy for a Planning & Reporting and Resource management for Quality Business position has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Blagnac. You will join the team within the Department in charge of Quality Business Controlling.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Cost Planning & Reporting controller :

* Coordinating & animating the Quality Controlling team to secure key deliverables & milestones for planning & reporting purpose (OP, forecast, monthly closing, any ad-hoc request),
* Consolidating the monthly Financial report, supporting a proper follow-up of actuals vs. updated financial references inc. substantiation of main deviations,
* Liaising on regular basis with the Central platform to secure proper understanding of processes, deliverables & key milestones, to identify any potential improvements/evolutions,
* Ensuring robust financial reference management by providing necessary guidance to Quality Business Controlling team to avoid any confusion,
- Coordinating the preparation of major financial reviews by preparing necessary templates & ensuring that all necessary inputs (quantitatively & qualitatively) are provided in due time & quality,
- Acting as focal point for the Central Finance platform to ensure that Quality perspectives are properly captured in any reporting tool development/improvements (esp. in the frame of IFRP) & triggering any corrective actions in close collaboration with Central platform,
* Communicating within Quality Business Controlling teams any evolutions of the Controlling environment (tools, processes).

- Resource management controller:

* Leading drumbeat & support resources planning & reporting for OP (inc. target settings) & forecast processes, performing studies & ad-hoc analysis for Quality perimeter, in close collaboration with Plants & FAL communities controlling teams,
* Securing the adherence to AIRBUS Finance processes (e.g. OP, forecast, reporting…) & policies in collaboration with Central Resource management & Human Resources teams,
* Supporting Quality employment strategy analysis & deployment in collaboration with Quality resource manager & HR (e.g. employment committee preparation…),
* Supporting Quality performance assessment by performing quantitative & qualitative analysis with a special focus on workload / workforce, cost by nature (CbN) / cost by destination (CbD) balance, feasibility studies (e.g. production rates changes, flexibility strategy…),
* Proposing & coordinating mitigation actions if needed to support discussions & decision making process at management level,
* Performing & contributing to any transversal analysis / benchmark studies within the Quality footprint.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

- Educated to a 5 years degree level (or equivalent) in Finance / Controlling or a related discipline,
- At least 5 years’ experience in Finance,
- At least 3 years’ experience in Information Systems,
- Experience in Project Management,
- Knowledge of Financial Tools (IFRP, TM1, SAP...),
- Good analytical skills,
- Able to give meaning & drumbeat Agile,
- Pragmatic, active listening,
- Deliver oriented,
- Language skills : Negotiation Level of English.
