Your Role

As Performance Management System Responsible you will be in charge of the PMS definition together with Centeal Functions, coordination and execution of a KPI System, Reporting, target Cascading for the whole perimeter of the unit IM Business Partner for Ops & Military Aircraft Program
You will work closely with a wide set of stakeholders from within TZIOI to finance, IM governance and Domains in order to ensure total clarity and alignment at any given point on the PMS and a constant roll-out and enforcement of a lean work methodology, which puts the quality in everything the unit is delivering.
You will need to be an analytical thinker with outstanding communication skills who can manage and align a heterogeneous environment with a wide set of interests and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities/Tasks

·  Contributes with the Definition of the IM PMS.
·  Define the right level of KPI and its definition for TZIO
·  Deploy it at all levels and follow-up through the Team Meetings (alignment of Panels Content, right level of implementation and understanding), Balance Score Card and Dashboard
·  Makes possible the aggregation of information at TZIO level
·  Set the Target Cascading exercise dynamically and coherently across TZIO departments ensuring consistency, alignment and continuous feedback and catchball with TZI
·  Defines and Generates all TZIO internal / external reporting (partners, customers, functions) and ensure the right level of information at the right level on time / on quality
·  Contributes to the Events Organization at TZIO level and Bilateral Meetings Preparation and Coordination

Ensures Change Management for all the organization

·  Foster creativity, innovative thinking, customer / solution oriented culture within the team

Required skills

·  Bachelor Degree in an engineering related area of study
·  Familiarization with the product life cycle model (V model)
·  Familiarization in project management,
·  Knowledge in LEAN, APQP, Visual Management, Operational Excellence
·  Structured, good organization and prioritization skills
·  Profound communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, willingness to travel
·  Autonomous and proactive way of working
·  High level of English (business fluent, speaking, reading, writing)
