Description of the job

A vacancy for a member of performance team of CDT A350 has arisen within Airbus AOSL in Getafe (Madrid).
The successful applicant will join MANAGEMENT / Leadership.

The successful applicant should be able to work on shifts, if required.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  As member of Performance team of CDT A350, the jobholder will have to :

o Follow and drumbeat all RC project.
o Prepare and follow all activities related to AOP, Forecast.
o Follow Buy in the Make projects.
o Be focal point with programs for all RC sprint activities/Project.

This role will involve frequent travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.
·  At least 2-3 years of experience in a related area.
·  English and Spanish must be negotiation level, written and spoken.
