Tasks & accountabilities

Our main technical tasks are:

·  Shopfloor continuous support.

·  Leadership in Defectology analysis, Cost of Non Quality. reductions projects and Practical Problem Solving analysis.

·  Machines and tooling’s performance tracking and improvements to get high levels of Overall Equipment Efficiency.

·  Projects management and leadership for specific improvements projects.

·  Training courses creation for specific machinery in composites manufacturing and inspection.

·  Leadership in improvements management concerning all manufacturing systems and processes.

·  Manufacturing processes maintenance.

·  Total Productive Maintenance deployment and support.

·  Standard Operations Instructions creation and maintenance.

·  Fully deployment of Lean Manufacturing methods and tools in the manufacturing line of Wing Lower Cover.

·  To lead Value Stream Mapping analysis, static and dynamic line balancing and processes mapping.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer, Computer Engineer, Mathematician or Physicist (minimum 3 years of experience).

·  At least 1-3 years of experience in Engineering.

·  At least 1-3 years of experience in Manufacturing.

·  At least 1-3 years of experience in Project management.

·  Knowledge on composites material will be valued

·  Experience will be valued in: Experience in SQL Server, R or Python, Excel Macros, Experience in developing WEB applications (NET Desktop & amp) and Programming in VBA.

·  English and Spanish must be negotiation level.
