Tasks & accountabilities

Mission:

·  Transform Design into a Well-ordered cluster of technical instructions in support of product transformation
·  Ensure Supply chain activation up to Final Assembly Line: Concurrence with FAL ADDC Production, industrialization, Tooling & Industrial
·  Development activities related to Ground System Test. Concur with Design Office Office providing inputs and statements about Manufacturing of models: Collaborative engineering, Systems accessibility and testability requirements definition.
·  Industrialization processes related to Ground System Test Industrialization: Ground tests design, Ground Test Instructions preparation and Industrial Test Means specification
·  Definition/Maintenance of Build Process for the systems belonging to the different ATA chapters under area responsibility
·  Sustaining activities related to Ground System Test and Aircraft systems integration. Test incidences management and solving
·  MRB functions during the complete FAL/ MRO process, including industrial and customer acceptance flights.
·  Leadership/Participation in R&D&I and transverse projects.
·  Deliver OTOQOC set of documentation allowing production team to manufacture and test properly and adequately.
·  LEAN analysis and definition of FAL activities related to ground systems tests industrialization.
·  Spread aircraft systems know-how.

Activities:
A. Maintain a global overview of Airbus Military programs, reports, plans and processes related to ground systems tests industrialization.
B. Processes: Collaborative engineering with Design Office for obtaining the best global solution regarding ground test industrialization
C. Processes: Expertise in solving technical problems and management.
D. Processes: Establishment of Ground Test Instructions and its integration in the global product Build Process.
E. Processes. Establishment of Ground Test Means requirements and its integration and operation in the global product Build Process
F. Operations: Sustaining to production including problems resolution, plan, job cards amending and technical advice.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Educated to degree level in Engineering.
English & Spanish: Negotiation level.
From 2 to 3 years of experience in the required domain.
