A vacancy for Manufacturing Engineering MPT - Tools management has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in San Pablo (Seville).
The successful applicant will join MANUFACTURING / Manufacturing Engineering.

The successful applicant should be able to work on shifts, if required.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Responsible for defining, setting, finding synergies, coordinating, updating, supporting, deploying and ensuring reliability and well-functioning of all the Systems that regulates the activities carried out by Manufacturing Engineering (ME), ensuring the compliance of the Procedures involved.
·  Responsible for Systems within ME are defined as every tool or IT application directly related to the Product, its definition, industrialization, manufacturing/assembly test and attestation in those activities which are responsibility of TOFE, involving all Programs and factories.
·  Referring product definition, it is a responsibility of the job every systems involving configuration control and those that manage structures, changes or any data necessary for the ME and production activity. It is also within the scope those systems related to the improvement, dissemination, communication or control of TOFE's activity.
·  Coordinate all areas within TOFE to analyse necessity and over watch the deployment and set-up of the systems. It is also a function of the job to coordinate and act as a focal point to other areas such as IM, Engineering, Planning, Services, etc.
·  Coordination among IT department and the different areas within TOF (specially focused on TOFE) for every development that affects TOFE directly or indirectly.
·  Support and consulting for procedures and IT tools regarding TOFE perimeter (SNT, SAP, GD, SIPLA, ERS, DMS, DeMaT, DMU4D, Sharepoint, LAPs, etc.), ensuring their reliability, functionality and compliance of the Company's procedures. It is also responsible of managing, follow-up and control Manufacturing Engineering roles and profiles of all IT systems.
·  Deployment, dissemination, communication and training of changes done to the Systems as well of the new developments.
·  Manage System Plans budget for TOFE.
·  Analyze and help NQC reduction as well as productivity improvement for TOFE and manufacturing/assembly areas, contributing to LEAN and Quality objectives.
·  Big contribution to innovation and standardization through IT developments, technological watch and synergies among the plants due to its transversal function.
·  Work and participation in transversal teams such as:
·  Industrial R&D Committee, representing TOFEO.
·  CSO (Common Stock) inventories Committee, representing ME; with an annual objective of reducing Common Stock inventory.
·  TOFE Hoshin Kanri projects. Participate in strategical TOFE projects giving Methods and Procedures vision.
·  Support to Central Office Projects in ME activities.
·  Collaboration in action plans to solve non-conformities in ME Methods or Procedures, identified by audits.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.
·  At least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing.
·  English and Spanish must be negotiation level, written and spoken.
·  Fluent German would be valued as a plus.
·  Proactive attitude, teamwork skill and be able to work in a changing environment.
