Description of the job

A vacancy for a L&M Training Design & Development expert has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Seville.

The successful applicant will join the TASTO2 department.

Tasks & accountabilities

The main accountabilities are to:

·  Ensure the delivery on-time/cost/quality of the following products required for covering all services contracted by the Airbus Defence & Space customers in accordance with the requirements defined in the related Program Directives:

o course control documentation (TNA, TMA, syllabus, catalogue)
o courseware ( Training manuals, CAI, SPL)

·  specify the needs for ITC training devices and to accepts the final product
·  Guarantee that all products follow the suitable processes, procedures and Airbus Defence & Space policy.
·  Support to TASTO2 transversal units (Offers & Costs) in all the related activities
·  Report on-time/quality to TASTO2 management the activities, risks and issues under its perimeter

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Educated to degree level in Engineering.
Sales / Marketing / Procurement: 3 to 5 years
Project management: 3 to 5 years
Team management: 3 to 5 years
Spanish & English: Negotiation level
