Description of the job

An excellent opportunity for a Recent Gradute OR Last Year Student engineer to undertake an internship within the Support to Management department in Airbus Defence and Space Getafe.

Tasks & accountabilities

Management of Unified Planning tool (based in Planisware):

·  Administration activities:

o Creation and management of users
o Update referential
o Incidents monitoring

·  Users technical support:

o Newsletters
o UP Training (Prepare and update handbook, "How Do I")
o Improvement Events

Earned Value Management (tool support):
o Users creation
o Users technical support
o Incidents monitoring

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Recent Graduates OR Last year Students in Aeronautical, IT, Industrial or Telecommunications Engineering.
·  Strong motivation and ability to work in an international and changing environment.
·  Team player. Excellent interpersonal skills
·  English :Negotiation level
·  Spanish :Negotiation level
