Description of the job

Ensure digital deployment of OES* helping the end users to get a quick and visual status and necessary actions for the way forward.
OES stands for Operational Excellence System as the unique system for Continuous Improvement within the Company.
Ease OES Deployment in FAL A400M areas and stations thru the implementation of the different Project phases (Assessment, Planning, Follow-up and Confirmation of Results) in a digital environment whilst ensuring that Lean principles acquired over the years from Lean Deployment are kept and reinforced.
