Description of the job

An excellent opportunity for a Recent Graduate OR Last Year Student Engineer to undertake an internship within the Manufacturing Test Operations Flight Line department.

This opportunity will allow you to be in close contact with our Airbus MRTT (Multi Role Task Tanker) Aircraft.

Tasks & accountabilities

Inputs: Assembled aircraft and associated documentation; ground equipment;

Mission : Perform set up and tests of the aircraft before and after the flight test;

Outputs: Aircraft ready for flight test or delivery and associated documentation

·  Support the conformity, perform set up and tests on aircrafts incl. equipment (e.g. hydraulics, mechanics, flight controls, engines, air conditioning)
·  Perform check before and after flight test
·  Perform trouble shooting of systems and equipment
·  Control cost of Quality Log Books (QLB's) in the Final Assembly Line (FAL)
·  Continous improvement and FAL digitalization
·  Develop tools to automatice tasks performed in the FAL
·  Support LEAN Manufacturing

Required skills

·  Recent Graduates OR Last Year Students in Aerospace Engineering
·  English: Negotiation level
·  Spanish: Negotiation level
