Description of the job

Missions :

·  to ensure successful industrialisation at the Supplier through strong leadership and coordination,
·  to ensure alignment between Airbus and Supplier industrial functions,
·  to manage Supplier Industrial Reviews.
·  industrialisation of New Product Introduction.
·  industrialisation of Transfer of Work (ToW) (change of source of the Manufacturing (Tier 1 supplier A to Tier 1 supplier B).
·  analyse and optimise Manufacturing systems in the Supply Chain to eliminate disruption and cost of non-quality.
·  continuous ME support to ‘buy' work packages.
·  to provide industrial expertise into Procurement commodities.
·  contribute to the industrialization phase, commencing from the preparation of a new industrial set up to enabling the series production of product (manufacture part, equipment, component).
·  Lead and develop the Airbus Supply Chain to successfully industrialise external Work packages, with regards to Dual Source supply.
·  Industrial expertise into procurement.

Tasks:

·  Analyse Industrial Capability of Potential supplier
·  Contribute to the Transfer of Work project team on the Last Article Inspection strategy which permits the list of LAI criteria to be adapted to the specific Transfer of Work.
·  Organise industrial kick off meeting with the supplier
·  Lead Supplier Industrial Reviews until Industrial Coordination Handover.
·  Root cause analysis of Technical Abnormalities with Procurement Operations to determine if issue is caused by manufacturing capability.
·  Participate to concession reduction MFTs.
·  Work with supplier to eradicate recurring concessions due to manufacturing capability.
