Description of the job

An excellent opportunity for a Recent Graduate or Last Year Student in Industrial Engineer to undertake a 1-year management internship within the Performance & Improvement (P&I) area.

The scope of the internship will be the Maintenance & Repair Operations (MRO) department within manufacturing.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks and activities will be:

LEAN

·  Deployment and implementation of LEAN principles and methodology: SQCDP Panels, Practical Problem Solving, 5S...
·  Technical support for improvement actions and projects

LEARNING AND COMPETENCES:

·  Secure learning requirements on all employees.
·  Deliver appropriate solutions with regards of competences and learnings to Employees and Managers.
·  Support and define business learning priorities.
·  Interface with the Learning Deployment Manager and the Academies to define the learning prioritites.
·  Conduct and follow-up projects to improve learning issues and attendance to courses.
·  Register and distribute the incoming documentation related to the project.
