Description of the job

Input:
Commercial and legal regulations and obligations, Shareholders & Management Directives, Customers Request for Porposal, Market prices and imputs
from Financial, Cost Engineering and Technical departments, Capture Plan, Business Case, applicable law.
Mission:
Contract Management owns and is responsible for the commercial and contractual part of bids & offers and supports the Campaign Leader during the
different phases of the Sales process in any financial/commercial and/or contractual/legar topics which might arise. The Contract Manager acts as Front
Output:
Commercial proposals, Customer contracts and other contratual document (MOU, Teaming Agreement, ND...) ready for approval
Main activities;

·  knowing and translating internal and external requirements into proposals (e.g. incorporating Airbus, RMC decisions, imputs from financial, cost

engineering and technical departments) by close alignment & agreement with all relevant functions/departments/stakeholders.

·  handling and incorporating all issues and oblligations deriving from commercial, technical and legal regulations/obligations, RFP, Market prices as well as

in alignment with the customer's requests & expectations.

·  propose solutions that are adaptable to customer's evolving thinking, re-positioning of the competitions and dynamic enivironement/market changes.
·  drafing and managing proposals, customer contacts and other contractual documents (MOU, TEAMING AGREEMENT, NDA, etc) ready for approval.
·  leading the commercial contract negotiations with emplhasis on contract terms and condicitons supported by Legal, compliant with internal and external

rules and fiancial objetives
