Description of the job

An excellent opportunity for a Recent Gradute OR Last Year Student engineer to undertake an internship within Logistics in Airbus Getafe.

Tasks & accountabilities

A. Support Process Operators in deployment evolution and adequacy of standard tools and methods for DIP.
B. Manage Business and customers' requirements: Collect, challenge & anticipate Logistics & Transports needs for DIP.
C. Define Process, re-engineering. Control process performance through harmonised KPI's and recovery PDCA if needed.
D. Support the sites in complex/transverse problems/issues. Ensure efficient issue solving (SQCDP, Problem solving, PPS …) & risk and contingencies management in all processes and activities in scope.
E. Support Process Operators and provide lead on corporate projects deployment, improvement plans, harmonisation of practices, tools, and in local continuous improvement programmes, contribute on request to local problem solving.
F. Contribute to LEAN logistics deployment at plants, perform Kaizen and VSM/FSM with local experts in DIP.
G. Detect and propose improvements in Plan DIP IT Tools for Spanish Plants.
H. Coordinate improvement activities with lead logistics provider, lead transports provider, DTL & plants.
I. Develop change and training tools to support deployment within the sites

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Recent Graduates OR Last year Students in Engineering
·  Advanced use of Excel is required
·  English :Negotiation level
·  Spanish :Negotiation level
