Description of the job

Support to Human Resources Business Partner Office in Puerto Real:
Main tasks:
Giving support to management and administrative tasks of the hiring process.
Recruitment , analysis type of contract and manage the welcome of the newcomers.
Giving support to the HR processes:
*Define training plan,
*Carrer development & mobility.
*Enhace engamente,
*Absenteeism
Giving support to some aspects of Labour Relations.

Students of the last year or just graduated in Human Resources, Businessment and Management
or Law.
