Description of the job

·  Within the scope of A400M FAL and TOK function, the jobholder will support the Finance Team on the development of an integrated Finance Tool which focuses on consolidating different inputs from Operations (Workload, Resources, Production Plan,..) and Financial drivers (personnel costs, Chargebacks,…) to produce the whole view from the origin (Cost Centers) to destination (Programme/WPs).
·  The scope of the activity is for both planning & budgeting (OP and forecasts) and monitoring (monthly reporting) through the definition of necessary KPIs and visual dashboards.
·  The jobholder will collaborate also in the MFT Finance project and will support the Financial team in transversal topics (Business Cases guidance, improvement projects, …)

Required skills

Engineering :Less than 3 years
Information Systems :Less than 3 years

·  High level in Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
·  Familiar with VBA programming
·  Knowledge of database management and strong analytics competences.

English :Advanced
Spanish :Negotiation level

·  Educated to a 4-year degree level (or equivalent) in a university or engineering school, with a strong interest in IT or a related field.
·  Strong initiative and proactive approach.
