Description of the job

It is an exciting time to join the Information Management (IM) Team. IM is the Information Technology (IT) business enabler and unique IM Business Partner for Airbus Defense and Space as well of being part of the Digital Transformation Office of Airbus Defense and Space.

As a central function, IM is involved in all business processes and enables technical as well as management careers. IM covers a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies and positions ranging from IT infrastructure, application support to governance or strategic consultancy. Especially for young talents IM offers best conditions for a successful career in an advanced and forward-looking environment.

Is accountable for one or a set of Customers. Develop and sustain strong relationships with the business, with the objectives of understanding needs, proposing solutions for increasing the business value delivered by IM, "contractualizing" the IM solutions and ensuring IM consumers' satisfaction.

The jobholder will be a key point of contact for Military Aircraft Business Line relating to:

·  Leading improvements projects in Programmes / Plnng & Common Solutions and mainly focused in Programme Planning process, systems and tools.
·  Coordinating overall activities and projects.
·  Keep a continuous alignment with the Information Systems of all the divisions to ensure the correct support to Military Aircraft Programmes.
·  Support UP (unified planning) implementation in all MiA programmes and support tool performance
·  Lead the change management activities after the deployment of any new tool.
·  Support of Programme "planning activities" from information systems in MiA programme Line.
·  Being close to business identifying current weak points in system landscape and way of working.
·  Identifying and proposing as business partner improvements measures align with business requirements.
·  Providing specialist advice where appropriate for the Scoping, Development, Deployment/Implementation, Change Management, Application Maintenance & Evolution of relevant Operations Information Systems.

Perfil buscado

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technologies or a related discipline.
·  At least 3 years' experience in Information Systems.
·  Previous experience in Project Management and Team Management is required.
·  Experience in SAP planning modules and Unified Planning is a must
·  English: negotiation Level
