Description of the job

A vacancy for an Industrial Manager has arisen within CRISA in Tres Cantos.
The successful applicant will join MANUFACTURING / Production Planning & Scheduling.

The successful applicant should be able to work on shifts, if required.

Tasks & accountabilities

As member of the Project Core Team, coordination of all Production activities in different sites according the Industrialisation Plan:

·  Interfacing with selected Core Team members in the frame of projects
·  Interfacing with selected extended Core Team members in the Manufacturing Department. The main task to be in charge of will be:

·  Alignment of the Manufacturing processes with Product Assurance (PA)
·  Coordination with the Engineering Manager of Design for Manufacturing. (DfM)
·  Manufacturing Workload and schedule estimations.
·  Motorization of Manufacturing Planning Adherence reporting the Project Manager.
·  Follow up of the manufacturing activities reporting the project team.
·  Coordination with Material Controller (MC) about the availability for production of all necessary materials as defined in project BOM (including EEE/PCB).
·  Coordination with the Project about the availability of all inputs required to start the Manufacturing Activities in line with the schedule.
·  Preparation and planning of manufacturing strategy to fulfil project demand in short and long term.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.
·  At least 2-3 years of experience in a related area.
·  English and Spanish must be negotiation level, both written and spoken.
·  Knowledge of the following subject will be appreciated:

• Manufacturing Pulse Lines, SQCDP, OBEYA, Lean Manufacturing.
• KPI calculations.
• Windchill, SAP ME, Primavera
• Space processes and quality requirements.
• Microsoft EXCEL

·  Ability to work in a transnational European Organisation.
·  Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
·  Methodical and organization skills.
·  Proactive attitude.
