It is an exciting time to join the Information Management (IM) Team. IM is the Information Technology (IT) business enabler and unique IM Business Partner for Airbus Defence and Space.
As a central function, IM is involved in all business processes and enables technical as well as management careers. IM covers a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies and positions ranging from IT infrastructure, application support to governance or strategic consultancy. Especially for the best talents IM offers best conditions for a successful career in an advanced and forward-looking environment.
Working in IM means living global trends (developments) such as digitalization, innovation and a new way of working.
The position is launched mainly to cover Business Analyst and Project Management in the department focus on providing IM/IT solutions for Mia Programmes.

Main tasks

·  Innovative thinking and a creative mind is a must
·  Manage the project with budget, planning and resources
·  Anticipate changes to the Information System and the business impact and vice versa
·  Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IM/IT solutions.
·  Anticipate changes to the Information System and the business impact and vice versa
·  Formalize, consolidate and drive the development of the configuration of the information system
·  Evaluate the relevance of the Information systems to the business domain
·  Build requirements, specifications, business processes and the business case related to the proposed solutions

Perfil buscado

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Bachelor or Master Degree in an engineering related area of Bachelor degree in Information Systems Technology; Master degree preferred.
·  IT Tools knowledge (SAP) is a must
·  Good communication and presentation skills and a pro-active approach to problem solving
·  The ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated, multidiscipline team
·  Project management skills.
·  Influence, persuasive and change management skills are required
·  Assertiveness
·  High leadership skills
·  Proactive, problem solving and decision making
·  Agile/Scrum Methodology is a plus.
·  Autonomous and proactive way of working
·  High level of English (business fluent, speaking, reading, writing). Spanish, French and/or German is a plus
