Description of the job
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- General interface to IFA Bremen
- Monitoring, reporting, escalation if needed and secure the overall closure of IFA CAIR of A/Cs in respective areas.
- Support during major IFA interventions/works (e.g.: Cargo Door exchange, structural damages, etc.).
- Support Procurement organization during IPP/Suppliers interventions if IFA support is required by industrial process under FAL SCO request.
- Integrated planning and coordination of major IFA modifications at FAL.
- Participation in MOD meetings and follow up on implementation progress at FAL.
- Support and focal point during transfer phase for any issues detected within established processes.
- Communication/escalation of repetitive findings/issues towards IFA Bremen
- Support general improvement projects regarding IFA Inflow reduction.
- Focal Point for handover from IFA Bremen to FAL (QG HF) and all Operational Gates in FAL.
- Provide clearances with regards to Inflow from IFA Bremen (D1, D2, D3).
- Classification of open CAIR lines with MAP for each FAL milestone. This classification need to be informed to IFA Quality to include it in the IFA CAIR validation (phase 1).
- Daily report for Bremen organization with all key milestones to secure adequate preparation: Operational Gate, FOT, PFF1, IHO and ToT.
- Participation (if added value) via telephone in daily N4 Bremen to escalate issues/share info.
- Focal Point with Bremen Quality to obtain
- Support all other functions inside MESP (REC, Painting&Sealant and Special activities)

Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in MANUFACTURING / Production Planning & Scheduling
- Detailed knowledge of IFA Workshare & WoW is mandatory
- Good interpersonal skills, communication and coordination capability
- Dynamic profile, with high problem resolution and responsibility.
- English and Spanish must be negotiation level. Knowledge in German will be valued as a plus.
