Description of the job
A vacancy for Protocol & Events has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Seville.
The main objective is to offer technical support, logistics organization and contents development for Protocol & Events department.
Tasks & accountabilities
- Analyse Technical Specification for events
- Develop contents for events
- Support agencies’ proposals valuation for events
- Support events organization
- Support aircraft deliveries’ organization
- Organize agendas for VIP visits
- Support logistics organization for VIP visits
- Accompany VIP visits

Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
• You are educated to a degree level in Communications or equivalent (i.e. Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism).
• You have more than 3 years demonstrated experience in Ceremonial, Protocol and Events Organization.
• You have more than 3 years of experience on VIP Airbus visits management and coordination with a deep knowledge of our internal and external stakeholders.
• You have more than 3 years of experience on Aircraft Delivery processes; especially military scenarios where military and governmental customer management is crucial.
• You’ve already gained experience in C295 and A400M customers’ attention, acknowledging all the specific features and backgrounds of each delegation.
• You have demonstrated experience organizing massive events (over 6000 people) coordinating with all functions and institutions necessary to guarantee the success and mitigate risks.
• You can demonstrate experience on leading a global and relevant project in the area of Visitors’ Centers, covering design, planning and implementation.
• You have a high level of integrity and discretion and are used to working in very confidential environments.
• You are aware of the company’s Ethics and Compliance policy and the need of including our values in our everyday activity.
• You know well our Events Policy Directive.
• You have international working experience. Having worked as Communications Executive for different companies will be a plus.
• You know how to deal with tight schedules and are flexible to manage time-critical tasks.
• You have a proactive and strategic mind-set and are focused on qualitative delivery.
• You have excellent communication and organization skills, you are creative and innovative, trustful and reliable team player with an open and social personality.
• You have a flexible nature and a high level of social skills.
• You are a conciliatory person, and you do not paralyze with unforeseen scenarios or surprises.
• You have deep knowledge about A400M and C295 aircraft, FALs and programs.
• You are familiarized with military aircraft Customers, National Air Forces, Armies, Ministries of Defence, etc.
• You have thorough knowledge of Airbus internal procedures.
• You have broad experience in dealing with all levels of management.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English.
