Description of the job

A vacancy for Production System Efficiency responsible has arisen within Airbus in Illescas.The successful applicant will join TOK department.
The candidate will perform the inherent activities related to the implementation of a harmonized OEE MES solution in Illescas Plant. For OEE a thorough competence and knowledge in the Airbus OEE standard will be necessary. In particular:

·  Airbus Lean lighthouse OEE model. OEE components and calculation. Time categories.
·  OEE architecture.
·  Basics on OPC standard for machine connection.
·  Implementation of logics for machine technologies related with composites. ATL, FP, Trimming, NDT, ACL.

Required skills

Required Skills:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
·  Knowledge of LEAN: SQCDP, PPS etc. is an asset.
·  Experience in managing people and conflicts.
·  Advanced level in English.
·  Advanced level in Spanish.
·  German or French would be an asset.
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Able to propose new ideas.
·  able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
